Customer Service, whether good or bad, exists whenever there is customer contact or a “moment of truth”. The perception created in that moment will be communicated throughout our community. Customer service impacts the trust our customers have in us and the pride they take in our Organization.

Accountability, is the foundation for success. Personal accountability encourages trust, respect and productivity. Without personal accountability and self-discipline, we may never be able to reach our full potential. All employees are responsible for their own behavior and attitudes.
